Its been a while and a bit of a journey!

Ive been working on a project titled 'personal passions' so i chose to look at science and nature, which has always been a hobby of mine. To try and understand quite what area of science and nature i wanted to work with i started watching documentarys on a variety of subjects. I found biology the most interesting and inspiring, so i began to draw animals, the human body, cells and organs.

Initially i found it quite difficult to find artist that worked with anatomy, but after searching the internet, the library and asking others, designers and practitioners started appearing in the most unlikely of places. Ive been taking inspiration from everywhere.

So far my work for this project has focused on taking something not conventionally deemed attractive and attempting to make it seem beautiful.
